Hey there, y’all! It’s time to get our meal planning on point so we can nourish ourselves and our families like the queens and kings we are. I found this super handy meal planning template over at Paper Trail Design and just had to share it with y’all.
First Up: Breakfast
Y’all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so let’s make sure we’re fueling our bodies right. Here’s what I’m thinking:
- Monday - Greek yogurt with strawberries and granola
- Tuesday - Avocado toast with a poached egg on top
- Wednesday - Homemade muffins with a side of fruit
- Thursday - Breakfast burrito with eggs, veggies, and salsa
- Friday - Pancakes with a side of bacon and scrambled eggs
- Saturday - Smoothie bowl with mixed berries and Greek yogurt
- Sunday - Bagel with lox, cream cheese, and capers
Lunch Time
Lunches can be a struggle, but we got this. Here are some ideas to get us through the week:
- Monday - Salad with grilled chicken, mixed greens, and balsamic vinaigrette
- Tuesday - Turkey and avocado sandwich on whole wheat bread
- Wednesday - Homemade tomato soup with a grilled cheese sandwich
- Thursday - Leftover stir fry with brown rice
- Friday - BLT with sweet potato fries
- Saturday - Veggie wrap with hummus, cucumber, and tomatoes
- Sunday - Caprese salad with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil
Dinner is Served
Time to whip up some hearty and delicious dinners. Here’s what I have in mind:
- Monday - Baked chicken thighs with roasted veggies
- Tuesday - Beef stir fry with mushrooms, bell peppers, and rice
- Wednesday - Spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread
- Thursday - Vegetarian chili with cornbread
- Friday - Grilled salmon with quinoa and spinach
- Saturday - Steak with mashed potatoes and green beans
- Sunday - Grilled pork chops with corn on the cob and baked sweet potatoes
